You are able to select a package that suits your business, the size of that business and its needs and importantly your budget. The packages are also flexible and can be tailored if you have specific requirements outside our listed package.

The pricing of our packages mean that for a very small investment you get a custom designed, professionally built website and the monthly packages allow you to budget as these packages have set prices meaning there are NO hidden costs you will be burdened with.

It is a simple 4 step process to get the Web design and Development process under as per below.

Once you have filled in the appropriate form, you will be required to pay a 20% deposit (of the Web Design and Development component only) and once this payment is confirmed the process of starting to build your website will begin.

  • The basic package is ideal for a start up business, sole Trader or small business who wants a simple website of up to 10 pages that is still completely custom designed and tailored to your target Audience and business needs.
  • The Beauty of this package is you get an amazing looking website for an incredibly low cost entry price that can be added to and expended over the next 12-18 months with many of the “One Off” inclusions that are detailed below, so as your business grows your website can grow.

  • The Business Package is ideal for an established small business with up to 20 employees who is looking to upgrade their existing website to a new custom designed site with up to 20 pages.
  • This package includes a range of additional benefits that are not included in the basic page including, integration to a CRM, implementation of gravity forms, On-page SEO and the integration of core plugins to assist with site speed and security.

  • This package is an upgrade of the Business package and is ideal for larger business that can have 30 Plus employees and multiple divisions to that business. This package has many of the same core elements of the Business package however is up to a 30 page build, meaning you can include Team BIO’s, Product Listings and other important elements to your business.
  • Like all of the packages be added to with any of the “One-off” inclusions once the new site is live.

  • The E-Commerce Package is designed for companies that need to include an “On-line” store as part of their website. This can be either a 100% e-commerce site or a Business Website that also includes an e-commerce environment within the main site.
  • This package includes all of the Core elements and inclusions of the Business Pro+ package with the inclusion of a fully integrated online shop.

Monthly Maintenance & Hosting Packages

The Monthly Maintenance and Hosting packages have been designed so Trilogy can take care of all of the changes and edits you want to make to your site as well as the technical and hosting side, so you can concentrate on what you do best; running your business.

Like the Design & Development packages, they are all designed to allow you to select one that best suits your on-going web needs relating to your business.

Our experience has told us that regardless of where a website’s journey begins, it evolves and grows as your business builds over time. This is why we have developed very affordable “One Off Inclusions” that clients can have added to their existing websites.

  • On page SEO including installing Premium Yoast SEO Plugin and inputting of Meta Titles, Meta Descriptions and Focus Keywords for each page up to 20 pages – $200
  • Connecting website to CRM (Infusion Soft, Agile CRM, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Salesforce, FreshSales etc) – $200
  • Creating a Blog page and uploading first three blogs – $200
  • Setting up a Membership Management system within the Website including connecting to the relevant CRM – $300
  • Setting up an E-Commerce environment (Woo-Commerce) and designing the product page layouts and connecting to the preferred payment gateway – $300. The products would be costed at $10 per individual product
  • Connecting your Woo-Commerce to your Facebook and Instagram pages – $200 (including the cost of the Plugin)
  • Installing paid Wordfence Security plugin – $200 (Including Cost of Plugin)
  • Connecting a Payment Gateway to the website – $100
  • Creation of complex interactive forms (using Gravity Forms) onto the website up to a total of 40 separate form fields – $200
